and they’re probably still hanging on to that death panel crap….
some people you just can’t educate.. they’d rather hang on to a lie then look or even think that something else may be true…
oh Clint.. Clint.. Clint.. I guess from now on when I think of you I’ll have to think of the old spaghetti westerns.. that you were so great in……
what do they care.. about the country…. really.. they have their nice gov.. job.. gov check.. gov healthcare.. all those perks on the taxpayers dime.. and people think that they actually care about the people….
that’s because when they destroy it all…. they meaning the “rich” will be living in some type of controlled environment where “we” the little people willing be like the living dead trying to get at them…
he’s going to give the coal and the rest of his buddies free rein to do whatever they want to the environment.. I guess they’ll worry about the fall out later.. of everyone not being able to breathe….
there is no point to him going there.. no point to it at all.. but clearly people think he’s making some grand sacrifice by going there.. its not like he can do anything… so really whats the point.. unless he wants a few photos to spread around of himself in the middle of a flooded area…
why don’t we state with cutting all those taxpayer funded perks that they get….
I can answer that question…..
photo op
I guess he thinks this will make the independents love him.. NOT!!!!!!!
look like ole Romney is all set to give the coal and oil people all they desire and more…
this man is bought and paid for
not only the elderly.. even those that are 10 -20 yrs from getting medicare… now tell me..what insurance company is going to want to insure an elderly person..
they are after all the “COMEDY” CHANNEL…
that man won’t even say where he’s getting his money… and that right there tell a lot…
people should DO their own FACT CHECKING
and there lays the problem.. they believe whatever some wacked up person in office tells them… right wing or left….for whatever reason.. someone many people don’t want to know facts..
so if you want to know the truth get on the damned internet and do you own research on the crap that the right and left spouts…or live with those blinders on….
alo….while they are at it… lets take a look at the house it self… get rid of all those taxpayer funded perks they have….
Generous taxpayer-funded pensions for members of Congress have remained the same even through the economic downturn, despite millions of Americans losing their pensions. They are eligible for a pension after 5 years of service, though the amount they receive is determined by years of service. The average pension is around $55,000 a year.
The Office of the Attending Physician is a medical clinic funded primarily with taxpayer funds offering complete primary care and diagnostic services, plus premium specialist care if needed, to members of Congress. Members can pay a low flat yearly fee for unlimited care ($503 in 2009). In 2010, $3.8 million was allocated to run the clinic. While most Americans pay expensive premiums even for mediocre care, Congress has to pay very little to get American-funded premium healthcare.
Congress spends millions of taxpayer money to upgrade to business class on flights.
and there’s more where that came from…..
while they are at it… lets take a look at the house it self… get rid of all those taxpayer funded perks they have….
talk about gov waste….
first-class flights at taxpayer expense
axpayer funding for the Member gym, beauty salon, barber shop, and the House dining room
a loophole that allows Members of Congress to personally collect hundreds of thousands of dollars in agriculture subsidies
taxpayer-funded pensions for Members of Congress who become millionaire lobbyists
glossy, self-promotional mailers sent at taxpayer expense
keep their government health care
wasteful earmarks
Members of Congress have used their spending allowances (set aside for “official and representational expenses”) on luxury items such as high-end car leases for $24,730, flat screen televisions, digital cameras. One Congressman spent $84,000 on personalized calendars to send his constituents.
When a member of Congress dies in office, his or her taxpayer-funded salary ($174,000 or more) is paid in full to the surviving family for the rest of the year. But if an American soldier dies while on active duty (not in combat) the death benefit is $12,420. A death in combat results in a $100,000 death benefit for the family – still over 40% less than a Congressman’s family will get.
yep when Oct.. rolls around there will be an excuse…
I want him to explain how he got millions in that IRA when you can only put in a certain amount a year….
people want things fixed at the snap of a finger and anyone can see… that it doesn’t work like that.. it’s going to take time to fix the country and longer than anyone realizes because there is NO kind of cooperation from the people who have those cushy gov jobs…. and the sad fact is that there will never be any…its all about me me me me me.. not us us us us us together….
